- Born in 1945, Datejust, now considered the face of ROLEX, is a model equipped with Rolex's three major mechanisms: a highly water-resistant Oyster case carved from a solid block of metal, a Datejust mechanism that instantly changes the date around midnight, and a Perpetual mechanism with a full ROLEX rotor. Ten diamonds are set on the mother-of-pearl dial, which changes its appearance beautifully depending on the viewing angle, creating a luxurious and glamorous finish through the synergistic effect of the sparkle. The 28mm case gives the wrist a lovely and elegant look.
