Please contact us by email within 2 days of receiving the product (starting from the estimated arrival date stated in the product shipping email) and return it within 4 days.
If the following return conditions are met, we will refund the product price.

* This applies to products that have not been used after arrival (it is fine to try them on, but please do not try them through the holes in the leather strap).
* Parts such as leather belts can be returned even if they are new.
* If you make excessive returns or exchanges, we may no longer be able to accept your returns.
