It was in better condition than when it arrived, so I kept it to a lighter finish. There are only microscopic scratches and no noticeable bruises or dents. There are no stains or corrosion on the dial, and the hands are clean. The glass is also visible to some extent with microscopic scratches. The belt is a genuine dark blue crocodile and has been cleaned at our store.

- It is said that the New York store of Cartier created the "Tank American" in the 1930s. This model is particular about using only gold or platinum. It is characterized by a square case that extends vertically and draws a three-dimensional plump curve, and is said to be the forerunner of the Art Deco style. The height including lugs is over 50mm, and it has a presence that sets it apart from other tank series. The moderate weight of white gold and the guilloché silver dial exude an elegant and luxurious feel. The case back is see-through, allowing you to enjoy the detailed movement of the finely decorated movement. The "Cal.191" installed is a movement based on Girard-Perregaux's famous "Cal.3100".
