- Released in 1967, GRAND SEIKO The first self-winding mechanical model in history, the 62GS. Based on the "62GS Contemporary Design Model", which is a modern arrangement of it, it is a model that expresses the changing seasons unique to Japan with a dial. The dial is attractive, as if it has cut out a beautiful scene of the clear night sky around the "autumn equinox", one of the 24 solar terms. By using this beautiful indigo color, it beautifully expresses the moon illuminating the dark night. The movement is equipped with the mechanical caliber 9S85.
