- SEIKO Prospex is a watch that was born in 1965 as the "first dive watch made in Japan". This SBDX017 appeared in 2015, the 50th anniversary of the event. It features a diamond shield on the case. Diamond shield is a surface treatment independently developed by SEIKO, which refers to a technology that maintains very high scratch resistance without compromising its aesthetics. The manufacturing period is actually about 3 years, and it is a rare individual that is rarely seen on the market.
