There are only minor scratches, and no noticeable damage. It has been refinished and is in overall excellent condition. The hands and dial are in good condition, and the glass is also clean. - With use in harsh military environments in mind, "Luminor" is designed as a wristwatch that demonstrates high performance under any conditions. This is a model to commemorate the 2017 edition of the "PANERAI Classic Yacht Challenge (PCYC)", one of the major classic yachting competitions. The beige marker color scheme and blue chronograph hands create a vintage feel. The chronograph hour counter at 3 o'clock and the small seconds at 9 o'clock provide excellent legibility.
