- Model Information
- Founded in 2001 in Dresden, Saxony, Germany, Lang & Heyne is a watchmaking company that carries on the tradition of Dresden, the birthplace of watchmaking, where master watchmakers in the 19th century crafted sophisticated, bespoke pieces for special clients. Lang & Heyne takes pride in being a manufacture, designing and producing its watches in-house. As a result, only a few dozen of their highest-quality watches, which can be considered works of art, are produced each year. This particular model is named after Frederick Augustus I, who was the Elector of Saxony from the late 17th to the 18th century. Based on a pocket watch design, it features a white enamel dial and 15th-century hands, making it a rare and exquisite timepiece that is sure to captivate with its delicate beauty.
