There are some scratches on the exterior, but it has been finished and is overall beautiful. There are no deep glass scratches or bezel scratches, and the hands and dial are in good condition. A bruise remains at the lug 4 o'clock position. It doesn't bother you when you wear it. It is a genuine domestic product sold in 2009. I have completed my Overhaul at our store. The genuine strap is washed.
