It is finished and overall beautiful. Microscopic scratches remain, but no noticeable bruises or dents are visible. There are no stains or corrosion on the dial, and the glass is clean. There is a small scratch on the lug side and a small scratch on the short needle. It is a genuine domestic product sold in 2006.
