- This model features the Unico (Cal.HUB1240) movement, which is entirely manufactured in-house and developed by Hublot's own research and development department. Because all chronograph mechanisms are located on the dial side, the movement of the column wheel can be seen through the dial. Furthermore, the platform escapement is detachable, making maintenance easier. The King Gold used for the case is Hublot's unique material, a blend of red gold with approximately 5% platinum, which minimizes color changes over time.
