- The only wrist Speedmaster watch that underwent various tests for use in space—high pressure, vacuum, weightlessness, shocks, and temperature fluctuations from -18°C to +93°C—and continued to run until the very end. It accompanyed the first lunar landing in 1969 and saved crew from an oxygen explosion crisis on Apollo 13 in 1970, establishing its status as a "moonwatch." This is a commemorative model for the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics. It features a white dial with frosted blue transfers, and a finger trace pattern inspired by the Milan Cortina emblem, resulting in a design reminiscent of winter. The date window features the Milan Cortina logo, and the case back is engraved with a medallion—this is a special piece.
