There are only minor scratches and no noticeable bruises or dents. It is finished and overall beautiful. A dent will remain on the back cover. There are small stains on the hands and dial at 11 o'clock, and microscopic chips on the glass rim at 11 o'clock, but none of them are noticeable when worn. There is no wrinkle in the breath. This is a USED product that has been maintained at our store and is in good condition.
