- "Octo," meaning eight in Latin, is a collection characterized by its distinctive octagonal case shape, as its model name suggests. This particular model is a collaboration with Tadao Ando, one of Japan's most famous architects. Ando says, "The design concept is a black hole. The spiral swirling from the base of the second hand symbolizes eternal time and its depth. Like the light that falls from the canopy of the Pantheon in Rome, the light that has conveyed the passage of time since ancient times, I want this watch to last forever." True to his words, the spiral on the dial represents a black hole, resulting in a bold and beautiful design. Tadao Ando's signature is engraved on the see-through case back. It is equipped with the ultra-thin automatic movement Cal. BVL138. Power reserve of 55 hours. Limited to 200 pieces in Japan.
