- Zenith was founded in 1865 in Le Locle, Switzerland, by Georges Favre-Jacot. Among its offerings, the "El Primero" was the world's first high-frequency automatic chronograph movement, unveiled in 1969. Only 100 of these watches were produced in 1971, making it one of the rarest models of the 20th century. The movement is the legendary El Primero Cal.3019 PHC. This luxurious timepiece features an impressive tonneau-shaped case, a bracelet nicknamed "lobster" due to its resemblance to a marine creature, and a champagne dial accented with a red chronograph hand.
