- Model Information
- We have received a first-generation Nautilus 3700/1A, commonly known as the "Jumbo," which is becoming increasingly rare each year. It was manufactured for an extremely short period from 1976 to 1984, and it is said that only about 1200 pieces were produced. Based on the information in the accompanying archives, this particular piece is from 1976, one of the earliest production runs. It appears to have been polished very few times, and the case and bezel retain the beautiful silhouette of the time. The luminous material is all tritium, and it has aged very evenly. It is equipped with the original movement Cal.28-255C, which is based on Jaeger-LeCoultre Cal.920.
