Regarding identity verification documents

At our store, we require you to present identification documents in the following situations:

  • ① In-store pickup of items ordered via mail order
  • ② Buyback (in-store buyback / mail-in buyback)
  • ③ Applying for a shopping loan at the store

Regarding identity verification documents

*Only valid identification documents are accepted.
*If you present this at the store, we will make a copy for you.
*We will verify your card using an IC card reader.

Valid forms of identification for in-store pickup/purchase of watches.

*We will verify that the address and name match those provided when placing your online order.
*For mail-in buybacks, please include a copy of your identification document with your shipment.
*If you are selling items that you purchased using a shopping loan at our store, a certificate of full repayment issued by the credit company is also required.
*We reserve the right to request additional identification documents at our discretion.
