There are only microscopic scratches, but no noticeable scars are seen. It is finished and overall beautiful. There are no stains or corrosion on the dial, and the hands and glass are clean. The belt is genuine new. It is an individual in good condition that has been maintained by the manufacturer.

- The Ref. 3940, equipped with the Cal. 240Q movement, was introduced in 1985 as the successor to the Ref. 3450. While it's generally divided into three generations, this particular model is the third generation, manufactured from 1989 onwards. Perpetual calendar models tend to have complex dial designs, but this one boasts an excellent design with its hands and sub-dials positioned in perfect balance. The fact that it remained largely unchanged for over 20 years is undoubtedly due to the superiority of the Cal. 240Q movement, as well as its simple, highly legible dial, making it appealing to a wide audience. This particular model is a rare type with the month and day of the week displayed in Italian.
