- Omega's top diver's watch, the "Planet Ocean Collection," was relaunched in 2011 with an evolutionary upgrade. While retaining the traditional 600m water resistance, helium release valve, and unidirectional rotating bezel, it achieves even greater stability and reliability by employing a free-sprung balance wheel with a silicon hairspring "Si14" and a new Co-Axial escapement. Another notable feature is the use of two different colors of luminous paint, which significantly improves visibility during dives.
